JAFX4 PREMIUM FOUR LAYER HOSES

Armored jafX4 is the only four layer hose produced today. It is a supremely high quality hose that is manufactured from circular woven synthetic yarn and a specialized highly resistant synthetic rubber. Our one piece construction is achieved with a revolutionary and proprietary co-extrusion process to create a four layer hose in a single operation. This extended life hose is extremely resistant to flames, abrasion, puncture, and chemicals. Our unique rubber compound creates a very flexible and smooth surface that maintains excellent flow characteristics while being light weight and highly resistant to kinking. Outstanding performance in temperatures from -36 to 1200 F makes JAFX4 the only choice when quality and performance are the only concerns. Available in High Visibility yellow with standard lengths of 25’, 50’, 100’. 

JAFRIB SINGLE JACKET

Jafrib is lightweight and constructed with a Nitrile PVC rubber cover and polyurethane lining. Our single extrusion process eliminates any chance of separation, and produces a hose that is extremely resistant to abrasion, puncture, sea water, gasoline and oil. Maintains minimum friction loss, our 5” hose has less than 10 psi friction loss at 1500 gpm. Offered in standard yellow or red, with standard lengths of 50’ and 100’.

JAFLINE DOUBLE JACKET

Jafline is an ultra lightweight hose constructed from a synthetic double jacket and a thermoplastic lining. This space saving hose requires 20% less storage space than rubber lined hose and is immune to mildew and rot. Available in yellow, red, orange, blue, tan, green and white with standard lengths of 50’, 100’.

Jafline HD is a popular choice for many fire departments and is constructed with a synthetic double jacket and synthetic rubber lining. Immune to mildew and rot, and ozone resistant. Available in yellow, red, orange, blue, tan, green and white with standard lengths of 50’, 100’.

Jaflite HD is our most economical and price competitive hose. Constructed with a synthetic double jacket and synthetic rubber lining. Immune to mildew and rot, and ozone resistant. Available in yellow, red, white with standard lengths of 50’, 100’.
